Lee has spent over twenty-five years working with astrologers in astrological organizations and at Kepler College - she knows professional astrology.  And one of the things she does know is how vital computers and the web have become for our profession.

She has been a computer consultant for almost as long as she's been an astrologer - Lee knows computer systems.  Put these two facts together: and she has something major to offer the professional astrology community.

The charge for Lee's technical services is $75/hour, with a $25 minimum. And Lee won't charge if she cannot fix your problem! And let's be clear about one more thing. While Lee may sell astrology software, when she is in consultant mode, she's very clear that she is being paid for her expertise - not for the software that she sells. She does not believe in selling people software that they don't need, and she is not going to automatically assume that you would buy any software from her in any case.

Here's the fine print.

1. Lee cannot rule out hardware or software glitches occurring while she is examining or fixing your system. These are rare, but not impossible. Lee warrants that she will use best efforts.
2. You are responsible for the maintenance of your system. This means that you are responsible for anti-virus, firewall, and anti-spyware software. If you are unsure about what any of these are and if you have them, you can always ask Lee!!>
3. While Lee can conference with you if you have Mac OSXX or Linux, desktop sharing is not available in those modes. Also, not all forms of tech support are available on these platforms.
4. You will need at least Windows 95 for this system to work, and at least Windows 2000 for desktop sharing.

* There may be a minimum charge equivalent to Lee's normal charge for that astrological service. For example, discussion of a horary will be billed at Lee's horary rate, or the hourly technical services charge, whichever is greater.
